Megan Dawson
Prior to entering the world of training Megan began her career as a marketing and project executive in corporate banking. She has led teams in multi-million campaigns and also designed and facilitated training programmes for product and customer services in both corporate and local government sectors.
Megan has also spent time consulting to the public relations and communications industry and has also worked in recruitment and not-for-profit sectors.
In her corporate and consultancy roles, Megan has advised senior management and across diverse industries ranging from the New Zealand titanium industry to large tourism operators.
Megan believes that successful organisations recognise peoples’ unique abilities and allow them to work in their core strengths to maximise their potential.
Her aim is to allow clients to reach a great level of awareness in the way they think and behave, in a way to facilitate her client achieving deeper levels of personal satisfaction and success.
Megan has a Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Waikato majoring in Human Resources and Marketing.
