As a business owner and operations manager, Nikki has over two decades experience in building training programmes resulting in robust cultures with a strong sales focus. Her background in hospitality and business ownership has taught her the value of relatability. Nikki’s passion is to connect with and relate to clients by quickly building an environment where her clients feel safe, while learning and being challenged to move out of their comfort zones. Nikki is learner focussed and creates an engaging and interactive space to motivate and encourage confidence and success.

 

Nikki provides a true understanding of the sales environment with all its challenges and pressures. She recognises the importance of understanding your market and the challenges facing your people before creating course content. Her mission is to facilitate the clients’ realisation of their full potential; creating exponential growth in sales while simultaneously building client relationships to provide ongoing business opportunities.

As a dynamic and interactive trainer, Nikki includes practical tools such as cognitive learning techniques to increase memory (names, faces and details), the use of non-verbal cues to build rapport and assess customers preferences, and language skills to build relatability and rapport.
