She has had key roles in global organisations, her most recent being Global Head, OD (Interim), Group Talent Manager, Fletcher Building, OD Manager, Coca-Cola Amatil NZ and Principal, OD with Sheffield.

Joan works with Clients to create exceptional value through developing inspiring future leaders, high performing teams and collaborative, engaged and inclusive cultures.

Joan is an engaging and impactful facilitator and coach and designs “fit-for-purpose” solutions and programmes to deliver desired outcomes.
